PHPCow Help

Well, my server was part of the Plante's big meltdown over the weekend.....fortunately no servers were damaged or anything, but when our server came back online this morning our site wouldn't load at all (forums work fine).

Since PHPCOW thinks I was bashing them, my emails are all blocked, and they don't respond to anything....so basically I'm screwed, with 3 years worth of articles lost and my site down the drain.....good times.

OMG thats awful! I wish there was something I could do for you Capper. I hate when things re out of your control like this. Let me know if there is anything I can do for you!

WE're finally up and running again....evidently when the hosting company rebooted the server, it trashed our data.....but luckily our daily backups were working.

Sorry I haven't been around as much the past day or two, I have a lot of stuff to sort out.

Sadly, me too, in regards to not being around. This next week is actually looking pretty shaky bu i will try to keep this place going as much as possible.

Capper i guess to be very safe against data loss it would also be a good idea to keep incremental daily/weekly backups at some other location also.

I'm so stupidly bad t backing up my stuff! You'd think I'd learn before something like that happens and I really regret it! Just glad you got your stuff back Capper.
