A bounce is calculated by counting the number of times trackPageview is called during a single visit. If trackPageview is called only 1 time during a visit, then that visit will be considered a bounce. If your site is having only 1 page as many clickbank seller, then it shows bounce rate as 100%.
Most anchors do not actually cause the page to reload especially any JavaScript, but "jump" to that location on the page so they will not trigger a second pageview.

Bounce rates actually greatly from one page to another which depending on the type of content, how the page is linked to and so on. Bounce rate is of course an important indicator of both natural and paid search.

There are several ways to calculate the bounce rate from falling into the category of site. Some people use the time spent on site data, and some use this information only to visit the page. The visit was a visit to a page. However, it is possible that someone lands on the floor and quickly click on the link inside, and then removed from the site page.

Bounce rate calculate on the each visit or complete visit of person in your website. In the second way it calculate on each visit that on entrance page of the site that visited by persons.
