When I get to the "File system settings" i keep getting 'Invalid serer root' error. I have no idea what to do. I've tried different server roots. It says that it's optional but why is it asking for it? can anyone tell me what they used for their installations?

I created a support ticket a few days ago and still waiting. Really about support ticket from the forum doesn't look like i'm going to hear from them. I'm trying to get my site up but no luck. Please help

Step1 - Insert server root (es: /html/ or /htdocs/) you see your root in ftp

Step2 - Insert your Ftp account - Ftp User Name, Ftp Password

and save

But when I fallow skizzopazzo’s instruction, I resolve this error.
So you should use it.
