PHPCow Help

I don't understand at all ! On the phpcow website, it's written ONE YEAR SUPPORT AND UPGRADE FREE !
So where is the support and the upgrade promise ?
They just take the money and bye bye !!!
Is anyone could help me to contact phpcow to help me in building my website with the support and upgrade without error message (soap error)
or if it isn't possible I want they give me back my money, that's all, but I want answer.
If I do not have answer from them, I will contact all I can to make them a bad advertising and will see how to make with justice...
It's amazing, I never see something like that !
They don't respect their engagment.

6 months ago I sent the money for license renewal, and none of the administration .. no one answered, got money or not, so far no response from them, do not even answer the phone what had happened, I do not know.

If possible, I wanted to buy the script itself, without a license, how much it cost, who did not either know about this?

PHPCow it appears to work well if you can find a way to make it do what it wants. There is very little documentation on of.Documentation covers much of the most important parts Widget API that are important for the development of widgets. PHPCow is buggy and bloated. Their patches fix a point, and generally create more 2-3. My error log in cPanel is constantly full of errors PHPCow.

PHPCOW is used for make a templates, is makes very good template easily,and also allowing you to create your own templates. Although there are some very good features to make a site simple and straightforward.so hopefully PHPCOW is very useful program.
