I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE PROBLOME IS!!

I am hosted in Servage.net and i check with the support team all the system requirements and hardware are available.

I don't know what is the mistake, i noticed that many of you using the binary ftp is it important for the upload servage hosting they provide upload option for the Zip file and u can unzip the file on the server and the script is ready for the setup.

but after the setup finished successfully that error acquire to me. and one more question why is the script doesn't have index.php file ?

Peace
regards
The 403 Forbidden HTTP status code indicates that the client was able to communicate with the server, but the server will not let the client access what was requested.

This response is returned by the Apache web server when directory listings have been disabled. Microsoft IIS responds in the same way when directory listings are denied. This response may also be returned by the server if the client issued a WebDAV PROPFIND request but did not also issue the required Depth header, or issued a Depth header of infinity.
When I try to open http://www.cerebrals.org on my PC I get the 403 forbidden error which says that Access to this resource on the server is denied! However I can open this site on any other PC. Also all other sites open perfectly well on my PC.
A 403 Forbidden HTTP status code indicates that the client was able to communicate with the server, but server customers do use the directory listings requested.Apache Web server had been disabled will not have. Microsoft IIS when directory listings are denied the same as the answer.
