Since last saturday I posted four helptickets in the supportsection of cow :sos:. Still no respond, anyone know how to get in touch with cow?

I've got the same problem myself...mine has been a week of useless responses though!

I repurchased my license in order to get the templates available to me again but can't get them still for multiple reasons. They keep answering my question with my question...its so annoying. I hate times like these when I HAVE to get their help. Its so much better when I can just have full access to everything I need on the script and do things at my own pace.

So annoying that their CS is STILL this pathetic!
