I am having issues with our fresh PHP Cow installation,

I have installed, applied key, patched over 6 times,

4 times myself and twice using another technician with a completely different ftp application,

In addition, accessed the administrative panel using multiple browsers, Firefox, Chrome, IE,

I am still getting the same error: "processing…" when trying to add an article, and can’t seem to get around the “processing..” notification unless I either save the new article or hit the “article body” tab.

Either way the article body tab presents an error stating this:

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Not Acceptable
An appropriate representation of the requested resource
/cowadmin/editor/de/editor.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to
use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Moreover, I cannot see the article body's WYSIWYG editor.

It seems the editor files are missing, however I have triple checked that there installed.

We have even chmod’ed the editor’s files lowering and increasing their permissions with no luck.

Any communication with support has been an interesting experience to say the least, it took over 48 hours after purchasing to receive the key.

any help would be Much appreciated.
Ok, so you go into your admin-->Article Management-->Add article and then the screen pops up asking for article date, author blah, blah blah...and you don't have another tab on there at all that says "News/Article Body"? That would be how you would get to the article WYSIWYG

As for the errors, I would have to assume its an installation thing, although I have no proof. I assume you uploaded everything in binary mode...very important for this software because if you don't things definitely get messed up!

Let me know those things and I'll try my best to help you! Welcome to the forum by the way! Welcome
Wild Guess.
Looks like mod_sec issue
