Just went to go to their site. I did the security patch today which worked at removing my admin errors earlier today, but now I have new errors. Went to go to their website to see if anyone else had the problems and their website is not found?? Anyone else seeing this??
Luckily, it didn't last long. I saw last night the site came back! I also see they lowered their price for the script to $100! Wow, crazy low price there.

I've been out of the loop for a few months but hasn't their price always been at $100 and you pay $300 for the "Powered By" removal?

Brian

LOL ok, apparently it was only me that didn't know that. I paid a lot more then $100 for it a few years ago but hadn't noticed the price was lowered like forever ago too....Thanks for being nice about it Chippie LOL!
Month ago I rushed to pay $100.00 because they said it would only last a month.

I also did the patch and had problems with the admin area but it was corrected quickly.

I have noticed they are getting quicker at support.

I usually get help within 24 hours.

^Good to know, and better even to hear that they are coming around with a quicker response time!
But now, the support is dead, it's not phpcow it is phpGhost !!

lol !!
Kind of like their promises for the new cow version for years now...its a no show either!

I could accept delays on a new version if they were at least supporting the old one. But from the looks of threads I have browsed, it seems like their support staff has vanished into thin air.

The stupid thing is that I'm getting the soap error described in one of their support docs, but the document they tell you to download to fix the error isn't there. So the main page of my CowAdmin is useless, and although the sidebar links seem to work, I'm afraid they might have some bugs in them because of the soap error.

So sorry to hear that. I do feel your pain with my site (3 or 4 years old now) with them is useless too since I can no longer make any updates in articles, templates etc!
