I've been so bad lately about blogging. I used to blog twice a week, which seemed to be good for me, and my readers liked it. Lately, I'm so pinned down with work I've had a hard time getting to my blog. Drives me nuts when I over book my schedule like this...but when things calm down again I'll probably just repeat my mistake and do it again LOL.
Personally, I think it depends on the site if you have a news blog no telling because news happens 24/7 but for the average blog I say once a day maxing out at three 1 for the am 1 for the mid day and 1 for the pm. first of all, as a reader, it’s difficult having to scroll through 6 or 8 posts in one blog if I miss a few days especially if they’re quality posts. and on the flip side, my posts get more comments when they’re left up for a full day.
and lastly, I think the types of blogs that need to be updated more than once a day are ones that people might expect to check more than once a day.
I actually blog twice a week, I can manage my blog to make it popular. We although the blog makes you happy if you take a good job in designing, posting, and sharing files.
