Yes if it goes along with the domain for which it is licensed as URL/Domain change is not allowed as per their terms of license once the license is activated. Not sure how membership area at phpcow.com would be handled though....

That would mean you'd have to keep it attached to your already highly accredited website Raven, that isn't good.

the reason they probably don't allow transfers is because they know once you find out how bad the support from them is you'll wanna try to sell it lol

I have to keep it then, because my website is non profit. That would be to much paperwork to turn into the IRS.

Selling a license is permitted as long as I have owned it for at least 90 days and I destroy copies of the software after the sale.The upgrade is not considered a new license purchase for transfer purposes.The transfer process could be automated with new authorization files generated immediately afterwards.
